Trying to make the Sloth pay hosts automatically a day after a booking wraps, no admin approving anything. Turns out that needs a specific Razorpay capability and I genuinely don't know if I have it. So I shipped a diagnostic whose entire job is to ask the payment processor a yes-or-no question, then it's getting deleted like it never happened. If a host's onboarding status check hiccuped even once, the guard used to shrug and dump them on whatever screen was already loaded — wrong step and all. Then they'd hit save and the server would scold them for skipping a step they never chose to skip. Now it retries before it gives up. One flaky request shouldn't get to gaslight a host about their own signup. #bookasloth
